Schisandra Berry


Originally used in Northern China, these berries were called the “five taste fruit” because they contain all tastes: bitter, sweet, pungent, salty, and sour. Each taste was thought to be related to specific organs and the body.

Properties: Contains Vitamin A, B, C, D, calcium, Iodine, Iron, Magnesium, and certain adaptogens.
